The Cake Contract contains specific terms, conditions, and policies governing the ordering, creation, delivery, and setup of cakes and related products offered by Sucré.
16.2 Agreement to Cake Contract Terms: The Client confirms that in addition to these Terms & Conditions, they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms laid out in the Cake Contract prior to placing an order for a cake or related product with Sucré. The terms of the Cake Contract form an integral part of the agreement between Sucré and the Client and apply to all cake orders placed with Sucré.
16.3 Consistency and Conflict: These Terms & Conditions and the Cake Contract are intended to be read together and in harmony with each other. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Cake Contract, the terms of the Cake Contract shall prevail to the extent of the order, creation, delivery, and setup of cakes and related products, unless otherwise specified.
16.4 Acknowledgment of Policies: The Client acknowledges that they are bound by the policies and procedures specified in the Cake Contract, including but not limited to design and creativity, product details, financial terms, delivery and setup, and the refund policy. The Client agrees to adhere to these policies and procedures as part of their contractual relationship with Sucré.
