Fully covered in artisanal fondant, this cake showcases a front-loading garbage truck with articulating arms for an extraordinary child that loves their trucks! The truck appears to be floating on its wheels, a considerable design challenge as the cake weighs over 15 lbs and is designed to feed 55+ guests!
The front and rear sections of the truck feature eight layers of delicious vanilla white velvet sponge, delicately iced with smooth vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. To personalize the truck, we included a unique “serial number” made from the child’s birthday. The base features a pavement-style fondant-covered drum wrapped in elegant black ribbon.
