Founded by two passionate chefs who met through a shared love for culinary excellence, Sucré is more than a bakery—it’s a culinary atelier where artistry, innovation, and quality converge.

Meet Our Founders

Two culinary visionaries, with backgrounds as unique as their cakes, lead Sucré. Our story began on the set of MasterChef Canada, where we both auditioned to showcase our talents. From that moment, a partnership of creativity, ambition, and shared passion for fine food was born.

One founder holds a double engineering degree in Systems and Computer Engineering and consults for Fortune 100 companies, bringing precision and meticulousness to each creation. The other founder, a former medical doctor and physiatry specialist, left the medical field to pursue her passion for baking artistry. Our commitment to craft, quality, and innovation has made Sucré a staple of Toronto’s luxury event scene, with a portfolio that includes creations for royalty, Toronto’s mayor, and numerous galas and events.

We source only the best, including couverture Belgian chocolate and locally sourced ingredients, ensuring that every bite is an indulgent journey.

Our pies, baked exclusively in glass for optimal flavor, are a nod to our commitment to perfection and sustainability.
